Hi Guys, this is my water baptism testimony given on 31st Jan.

I want to be water baptized because I am a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ, publicly declaring of my faith in Him. I am here to testify about the greatness of God that has always been with me, and protecting me with his great power. I also want to identify myself with Jesus, and to follow his path.

There were many occasions where God had protected me. The recent one happened last year when I was doing a Chemistry Practical Assessment. This incident could have caused my eyes to get hurt badly. During the assessment, I was walking around, without wearing my safety goggles. I was looking at what my classmates were doing for the experiment. We were supposed to boil an acidic solution. While I was walking back to my seat, I stopped by my friend’s experiment set which was 30cm in front of me as I was curious about the intense boiling. Suddenly, its solution burst out because it boiled for too long. And of course, the acid splashed around its surroundings. It splashed onto me, and I was shocked when it happened. However, it was even more surprising that I was not harmed even though my face was in close range. The ground and my shirt got slightly wet, but my face did not even have a single droplet of the boiling acidic solution.

My Christian friend, who was a witness of this incident, went into a state of shock, just like me. But soon, we knew that it was a miracle. It was God protecting me. This incident made me experience more of God’s power, and He’s much more than just a God who protects.

I am who I am today because of Him. He has given me a wonderful family, who encourages me in my Christian faith and an environment to grow into a godly person. I also thank Him for my friends, my school, and His guiding hand in my studies. He is a faithful God who has been watching over me. Therefore I want to be anchored in my faith in Him, and to follow his Word to follow Him, and to live for Him.

I want to end of with a verse from the bible, 2 Timothy 4:18 that God has shown me.
“The Lord will rescue me from every evil and save me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.”

Haven't been posting for quite awhile. Had a Good Holiday so far, but haven't done much of my homework. Will try to do most of it this week, as the rest of my holidays are occupied, but by happening things! :)

Ignyte Camp "Ignormous" from the 14th to the 17th at Malaysia. Will also be going to Taiwan from 17th to 24th. It will definitely be tiring but looking forward to both trips. One more thing, the taiwan trip is special. Because my tour is under the channel 8 show " My Star Guide". And the Star Guide would be wang or yang yu qing. Don't really know his name haha. I only know that he's the father of jeanette aw in the 9pm show now lol. Hope that i will be featured on tv =D

Major Exams Are Over ! Went out with around 10 great guys today to CCK swimming complex to swim. An exciting time, and it made me treasure our friendships more =D The weather forecast on Facebook showed that this afternoon would have a thunderstorm, but it didn't have one. Whether it's fake or not. I still Thank God for the excellent weather. So, go and spend quality time with your friends in the hols now before its too late.

It's been more than a month since i last posted. And now, its only around 3-4 weeks before SA starts. All the best everyone.. i pray that God with give me strength, and help me to be disciplined to manage my time well =D Don't wait for my next post. Its gonna be a long long later lol.

I'm having a bad flu, mc for one week. Quite sad that i'm gonna miss out so many lessons. I hope that God will give me a speedy a recovery, just like the lyrics of this song in the Hillsong album " Healer"

Had a tiring morning in School running through the rehearsal for the School opening Ceremony, but at least it could be a good experience . Had A Very Great time in Church, learn many things that is relevant to me and that can be applied to my Life. Looking forward To next week's service! Gonna be a very special and impactful one.
